As our pieces are made to order, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
International shipping is available upon request.
If you would like your order shipped internationally, please contact us via direct message on Instagram @solarae.official or email at hello@solaraeofficial.com prior to placing your order. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary depending on destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Solarae is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Solarae is not liable for shipping delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by the courier. However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the courier to resolve any concerns.
If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
