What is your returns and exchange policy?
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@solaraeofficial.com with your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description.
Where do you deliver to?
At the moment, we only deliver within Singapore. For international orders, please contact us and we’ll do our best to work something out.
Is my package tracked?
Yes, all orders are sent with tracked shipping. Your tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer pickups?
Yes, we do offer pickups in Singapore only. As pickup locations may vary by day, do DM us if you’d like to arrange one. We’ll send you a code to offset the delivery fee before checkout.

Will sold out items be restocked?
Some pieces may be restocked, while others may not return once sold out. For updates, keep an eye on our website or follow us on Instagram.
